It's taken almost a month, but I finally worked up the courage to look at the photographs I snapped on our trip to Australia over Christmas and the New Year. I had been putting it off because I thought the mere sight of them would bring on a severe bout of homesickness. But most of them, especially the ones with blue sky and sandy beaches, made me smile.
This one, snapped on our very last day, is probably my favourite.
