It was back to work this week after a week off (hence the lack of posts) and it dragged and dragged, not helped by the fact I had a really ratty chest cold and felt pretty rough with it. So this evening, as soon as I'd finished what I needed to finish, I was out the door and heading home, relieved that the weekend had finally arrived. As I headed towards the tube station, I couldn't help but notice how gorgeous, soft and golden the light was, in contrast to the grey water and the grey sky, and quickly fired off this picture, happy to be going home at last.
